"I AINT GOT NO MONEY. "
"I'M BROKE"

I'm swapping a few emails with a self described "Pro-Domme." TV of course. And she's telling me "she's broke?" I'm thinking to myself how much some of these Ladyboys in Thailand bring home a week... or a night? And words we cannot say of course... immediately come to mind. "What kinda "pro" are you?" "You're broke?" She's into BDSM as a pro and she's broke?

Do you people have even the faintest idea what some of these Ladyboys can bring in off of GoGo dancing? Prostitution? Normal street hustling? A Sugar Daddy or three? And all off of fat slob white guys from the US, EU, UK, Australia, Israel. US military "invented" both Pattaya and Soi Cowboy. Two most notorious red light districts on the planet.

And you should see the way these 60 year old guys go after these kids. (Over 19 yo kids.) And don't forget the military types. All nationalities. All ages. Go to youtube and pull up "Patong, Pattaya, Bangal Road, Ladyboys." The word is Kathoey. Look at the patrons of the bars. And you tell me those Ladyboys are broke?

A little charm. A lot of smiles. Hanging out. Few other things. And within a week they have
folded up $1000's and parked it... in their bras. Learn how to flirt. The glance of the eye? The flash of the smile? Being nice? It might work for ya?

"I am so disappointed in Americas youth."

While we are speaking franky.. Some of the CD's, tran's guys in the US need to give some serious consideration to a different surgery.. Lap ban surgery is available for the obese.
(Under $20,000) Tummy tucks for guys. Common.

After weight loss? After exercise? After some initial surgeries? You go for some skin rejuvenation and your looks could be something that brings you some significant self esteem.

Fact. You will see dockworker - lumberjack types fem up into some genuinely attractive ladies. Muscle tone. That's why.

See what those Ladyboys look like after surgery. Now go to youtube and pull it up. Get this in your 20's and while you're lean? You will be going to the same Surgeons that have worked on 10,000 of these gurls. Period.

That's not the country of Thailand promoting that site. It's a private business trying to sell their services. Thread title is a bit misleading. The Thai government was been actively promoting medical tourism since at least 2004.

$1250 for a tummy tuck and only $1625 for a sex change? I suspect you get what you pay for.

Not really Thai dollars is $40:1

1250x40=12500*4=$50,000.00

1625x40=16250*4=$65,000.00

So multiply that by 40 and that's the USA equivalent and Thailand is the FFS,SRS,GRS,vfs and breast enhancement capital of the world.

Many here who look really good had work done there.

Then a tummy tuck sure seems pricey.

Prices are given in US dollars. No such thing as Thai dollars, the currency is the Thai Baht.

Exchange is 1 US$ to 40 Thai Bht according to the poster. So, you've got your maths the wrong way round.:dead-1::dead-1:

Sex change is 1625 US$ or 65,000 Thai Baht

A post from Natina that does not address the process of SRS/GRS, not even in Thailand.

A friend who had her SRS on the NHS in April received after-care for a month with so far an additional post-op clinic (I think they recur every 3 or 6 months) and continues to dilate twice a day and will be doing so for some time. If any complications occur, the hospital/clinic is less than an hour away. So if going abroad the costs must include flight and the operation(s), but with after-care plan to stay for at least a month with renting an apartment possibly better than an hotel, with the additional need of a companion, so for flights and accommodation double the cost (unless you have a friend who lives in Thailand).

As for those costs, you probably can't actually get SRS for $5,000 but that might be the base from which prices begin:

Asia Cosmetic Hospital (https://www.medicaldepartures.com/clinic/asia-cosmetic-hospital/) is one such example, offering gender reassignment procedures for around $14,250 U.S. dollars. Patients seeking a large multi-disciplinary center might consider Yanhee Hospital (https://www.medicaldepartures.com/clinic/yanhee-hospital-health-beauty/), one of Thailand’s best-known centers for cosmetic surgery. The price for a gender reassignment surgery will start somewhere around ฿200,000 or $5,000 U.S. dollars.
https://www.medicaldepartures.com/article/how-much-does-a-sex-reassignment-surgery-cost-in-thailand/

And the costs assume nothing goes wrong and does not require follow-up corrective surgery:
The most dreaded complication is a vagino-rectal fistula. It occurs infrequently; once in four hundred surgeries is the worst figure I have seen. It happens most often when the doctor accidentally nicks the bowels while trying to create room for the new vagina. Dr. McGinn refers to the process of creating the opening for the new vagina “the brown trousers” part of the operation.
http://racheleliason.net/why-i-went-to-thailand-for-my-srs-surgery/

It takes at least two years in the UK to plan for SRS, with good reason, because so many things can go wrong, but even when they go right, it is not like going to the dentist to have a tooth extracted.

SRS in Thailand must mean: research, caution, time and money.

Unfortunately, Sienna Grace is one of those statistics.
