serious topic and I don't mean to derail but 18 MONTH WAIT FOR NHS APPIONTMENT ? I'm assuming it's because SRS treatment is considered purely elective. Sadly for the old folks they might not have that much time.

I know it is illegal in the UK to point out the problems in the NHS.
How much does transition cost on the NHS ?
I hate to think as the organistion pays £11 for asprin that you can buy from the chemist for 16p.
