Everyone is different. There are pre-op, post-op, and non-op girls. Do you really think that people "become" transgender to do porn? No. The do porn because they can be appreciated, and more importantly, PAID for their unique physical attributes. Many of these TGirls that you lust after have always felt that they were born in the wrong body. In their mind, they are trying to fix a birth defect including having a penis between their legs. In the porn films you watch, they use their penises for money, but in real life, they may hate having a penis between their legs. Danielle Foxx and Eva Linn are great examples of this.

I think it must affect some people more than others. My last serious partner was on progesterone, estrogen and spiro and still got rock hard. I got her an orchiectomy (removal of testes) one year so that she could come off the spiro (that shit is bad for you).
