To your first point, yes, traditionally in porn, the money shot is the guy cumming on his partner...but....
1) Traditionally, porn has been binary...gay porn where men cum on each other (i.e. 2 money shots are possible) or straight porn where there is only the dude is able to cum (squirters are relatively underrepresented in porn at large)
2) Traditionally porn is about a male consumer watching it and living vicariously through the dude in the scene so the money shot is supposed to help his fantasy about him doing the cumming.

Sorry, but I will disagree. In a perfect world women cumming in every scene would be perfect, however due to various reasons it can't happen.

Yeah, for your typical male-female porn that's the case, and while I kinda get it, I still think it's weird to want to see a guy orgasm.
