I, being her future husband, received this from a friend some time ago, but it's been under construction for quite some time.

Not knowing a thing about cyberspace junk,does anyone know if this site is actually a real site and actually under construction about to go live someday, or could it be something she started and just never quite finished but is still floating around in space, thereby dead ? Wouldn't that address just come up blank if it wasn't a real site?
