For street action, you can go from Boulevard Gambetta to the west by Rue de France and Avenue de la Californie or by The Promenade des Anglais as far as Parc Phénix. You will find since 11 pm about 20 ts mainly from South America. 30 € in car for blowjob ad 50 € for sex, 80-100 € at home. The streets are safe.

Your best bet is to do an internet search on clubs as Nice has a small gay scene but some of (perhaps most) of the girls may prefer going to mixed or straight clubs, like they do in London. If you meet some of the streetwalkers around midnight on the Quai des Etats-Unis where it merges into the Promenade des Anglais (I believe they still hang around there on the edge of the park) they will give you some tips.
