I've never hired an escort, myself, but I would assume it wouldn't be a problem with the right girl. I mean, it's your session, right? I'm a massage therapist, and though I know it's not the same thing, if a client came to me and asked me to work on just their shoulders for the entire hour, I'd have to oblige since they're the ones paying for the session.
