Just wondering if any girls here have used Expandable breast implants ?.. used to expand and stretch the breast in readiness for very large implants.
Given the recent European availability of silicone implants up to 3000cc (not fda approved for use in USA), the expandables, with regular fills, would seem to be a necessary requirement prior to implant surgery..
Anyone contemplating use of these.. ??
