The effects really differ from girl to girl .

Personally, I had an orchiectomy almost five years ago (I did not save mine as a souvenir, sorry) and I have not had an ejaculate larger than an eye drop since. However, I have friends who have had the surgery who say that they can still produce normal levels of "fluid."

Likewise, some girls remain functional and retain their "natural size", while others don't.
