I love poppers, but I've decided the risk is no longer worth the benefit. I had always regarded them as safe but there seems to be increasing evidence in the medical field that they have the potential to damage vision. This seems to be linked to a change from isobutyl nitrite to isopropyl nitrite.

I'm not your mum here to say what you can or can't do, but some people may not be aware of this and can make up their own mind when in possession of all the facts.

There's a news story here: http://www.reuters.com/article/2014/07/15/us-poppers-eye-damage-idUSKBN0FK2GH20140715

And if you wish to read the actual medical abstract you can do so here: http://www.thelancet.com/journals/lancet/article/PIIS0140-6736%2814%2960887-4/abstract

I love poppers for Transex - and everything in moderation.
I probably have 4- 6 TS encounters a year (just because of time)so no worries about damage .

Poppers are no good for sex. At least not for me. But if you really want to feel the full benifit of poppers , try this.

Take a cotton ball and a clean baby food jar with the lid. pour some amyl on the cotton ball and drop it in the baby food jar. Put on the lid and shake the hell out of it. Then remove the lid and inhale the fumes. you'll feel a rush like never before. Lol.
