"Unfriended" involves a young woman named Laura where someone posted a video clip of her in a compromising position on the Internet in a cyberbullying attempt. Three days later, a video of her committing suicide by gun surfaces. A year later, people who knew her hold a Skype video chat where a mysterious person joins in the chat. The mysterious person is using Laura's account and demands to know who posted the video of her threatening everybody in the chat. The premise of this film is that everything takes place on the Internet.

Film opens April 17, 2015, with an early preview at the South by Southwest Festival on March 13, 2015.

"Unfriended" will hold a Q&A panel at WonderCon in Anaheim (the same people who put out San Diego Comic-Con) on Saturday, April 4 at 5pm PDT.

The cast of "Unfriended" appeared for a Q&A panel at WonderCon in Anaheim last weekend. They said they shot the film for 16 days consisting of 12 hour days and having the film consisting of a shot of a desktop of six Skype shots was a challenge.
