Thought I would post a small update as I have not really done anything like this in a long time and I have made some huge changes in my life. At one point I was weighing almost 300 pounds and within the last year and a little I have lost almost half my body weight. All in a healthy way. I do not have an eating disorder nor am I an addict of sorts if thats what youre wondering lol. This all due to healthy eating and exercising. I have gone from wearing a size 18-20 jean down to a 5.... Best and most challenging thing I have personally done but so worth it! Anyhow thought I would post a comparison photo and a few new ones and and the link to a video of my goofing around one day. Sorry dont know how to embed videos on here from xtube.

How, congrats. You're hard work and dedication paid off. I'm also facing a challenge. Since I CD part time, I've learn how to significantly reduce weight by low carbs, eliminating sweets and exercising. Only problem is.. My folks are bitching about me looking too skinny (boy mode). Challenge is.. To somehow retain slim muscular look in boy mode to not look too frail (yes, I still like women) but to still look thin using the right clothes when crossdressing. Ugh, crossdresser problems lol
