In 2014, is there not a better way than the gnarly incision on the underside of the breast?

There are several places they can cut. The incision's placement and length depend on the size and type, as well as on where the implants are supposed to be placed. Some doctors also have a method of their preference but it will involve an incision.

I was gonna Photoshop the scars, seeing as how most people who look at my stuff will never meet me in real life so why not make the photos as picture perfect as possible? Then I took a good look at the scars as they appear in photographs/videos and decided that they aren't that bad at all, so fuck it. Less work, more honest representation without compromising my product. It all works out just fine. (the scars could have been worse but I paid a little extra for the doctor to basically shove 'em in with what amounts to frosting gun through a smaller cut.)

I'm honestly more concerned about the lines in my face and the geometry of my skull than I could ever be about some tiny pink scars, but I'm on my way to addressing those concerns as well.
