Suporn (in my opinion and also generally regarded) is the best Surgeon in Thailand possibly the world but the perception that he is much cheaper is not the case. SRS with him is approx £10k and of course on the NHS in England its free. I know quite a few girls who have been to Suporn and I was in Chonburi a couple of months ago with a friend who was having a revision (something he does for free), of course travel and hotel costs are all extra.
