I can only offer anecdotal evidence, but I have never, ever been offered bareback sex in a decade or so from a TS or GG escort. To avoid any scary scenarios, just always use a condom for penetration. Don't freak out over unprotected oral. The risk of HIV transmission this way is more theoretical than actual. There is plenty of real medical research to back this up. Get yourself tested for the far more common STDs every month or couple of months (which you can do anonymously and for free) and you're good to go.

Lets not descend into paranoia again please.
