I joined the Grooby archives and now that I want to cancel neither Grooby nor the billing company will co-operate in any way ! This is not the first time this has happened to me, as a matter of fact, I have had five subscriptions to Grooby sites over the years and every time I try to cancel it's the same runaround. You are very happy to take my money and loath to allow a cancellation. I sent an email to Grooby a week ago asking for help and there has been no response---this seems to just be the way they do business----but I think every one should know about it and think twice before signing up for anything from this company !!!!
