I tend to feel that it will vary with the individual. For me personally, I feel that years of anal intercourse have perhaps caused me urinary retention issues, and other related symptoms.

However, if it's his birthday (or mine) we might go that route, other than that it's going to be vaginal, oral, etc.

Off to another point. Why is it that you hear about so many SRS's when the whole operation costs about $25000? I'd assume that very few girls get it but it seems a lot do.
