How does a post-opt Transsexual deal with orgasims

I've often heard from the girls that make the total transition which consists of having their dicks chopped off, however I haven't heard much about how it feels to orgasm? My point of view being a man is that there is nothing like busting a nut! I have no clue from a woman's point of view other than what I can see that they seem satisfied (screaming, hollering, and sweating).
