This article is about discrimination and, it pisses me off. However, South Carolina as a populous has extremely red necks so, I am not surprised. This 16 year old calls himself a "gender non-conformist". So ladies, here is a new term for you....or, at least it is one I've personally not heard.

this isn't an attack on rights it is merely a case of government buearaucrats not knowing how to handle a new situation nothing more.
a few years ago in Virginia a muslim Woman sued because she had to have her drivers permit photo taken with her veil removed ,there was a big outrage.
Virginia has a law that says anyone over 16 years of age can not wear a mask in public. yet more outrage, until the NAACP said hey wait a minute there is nothing wrong with that BECAUSE, it was part of their ANTI CLAN laws designed to protect Black people. South Carolina has similar laws. so yes it is unfortunate that issues such as this happen, but they will be dealt with. not everything is an attack on your rights, it is just because there may be reasons to protect other peoples rights.i wish this young girl much luck and i think it will all be just fine.

In New Jersey you're not allowed to smile for your driver's license picture. wtf?
I had to retake mine because I smiled. When asked why can't I smile they said smiles mess up the facial recognition program.
