Server out of memory?

When I try to view the thread "Reviews of TS Girls in New York", I get a blank page with the PHP error message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 96097 bytes) in /usr/home/desus/www.hungangels.com/vboard/showthread.php on line 1275

It occurs every time I try. I've used Windows 8.1, Windows 7, and Linuxmint 16, with Chrome and Firefox browsers. However, this is certainly a server message.

With about 24,000 messages in this thread, it wouldn't surprise me that some limit has been exceeded. Yet with so much activity, I wouldn't think I'm the only one to see this.

I hope this is the correct channel for reporting this kind of issue. Thanks.

This problem persists.

I don't think is an operating system problem, because it happens on both Windows and Linux.

I don't think it's a browser problem, because it happens on both Chrome and Firefox.

The error message comes from the server, not something I administer.

It only happens on the one forum I'm interested one, the biggest one by far.

I don't know how widespread this is, but apparently it's not just me: user PFCffff reported the same problem, at about the same time: http://www.hungangels.com/vboard/showthread.php?87851-Thread-display-problem

Since this doesn't seem to be a widespread problem, I wonder if it's something to do with my user ID or profile (and PFCffff's, as well). I would be happy to create a second profile, if an admin recommends it, or at least doesn't discourage it.
