yep, its still going on.. There was just a split between the promoter and the club itself, and she thinks she owns the dancers which is ridiculous. She isn't taking "us" anywhere though I don't underestimate her ability and her passion to embark in a similar endeavor.

I just think she's better off making a nice clean split from the club (which means coming up with a better name) and then any of the girls that work for the club can also work for her when she "takes it on the road" or whatever...

It's all silly and ridiculous and hey, maybe it will all resolve itself. I'm not even sure that I did a good think by blogging about it. But I said my piece, because some counterpoint was needed. She'll probably get a lot of support for what she does, simply because she has a lot of supporters and fans.

But people who know me and respect me will listen to my side, and I guess I have some clout in the business, though I don't really want to lead this or anything like that.

What's ironic is that even though last week was slow at the club, (which could have been due to Kristy undermining the club's desire to continue without her) its bounced back to the kinds of numbers that we had before. Plus I hear from several patrons that they were sick of Kristy turning this all into a policital platform.

I mean, it's just a strip club. Most girls who work at strip clubs want to keep a low profile, make their money and not attract much attention. I think anyone involved with a high profile erotic dancing revue that has to now resort to venues that may or may not even be strip clubs (and different states have very different laws as to what you can and cannot do), you just open yourself up to all sorts of legal trouble, least of which she could be charged with sex trafficking.

This is why these sort of things tend to be leaderless...

Anyway, rant over. I've dedicated too much time to this, it really should not be that high on my priority list, but I want all the girls who work there to make some good money, feeling sexy and boosting their egos...

Oh, and despite the contrary, the TS nights are still going on at the club.

Long story short, the person hired to come up with a name (Satin TS Dolls) and promote the nights has parted company with the club, however the Satin Doll Gentemens's club is still doing TS nights Thursday-Saturday. ON the other weeknights of the week there are usually a few TS mixed in with the genetic girls.

However, the promoter girl is taking the name of the revue with her in an attempt to find other clubs in the area that will host her thing, all the whle causing confusion in the market. So far she has taken only a small handful of girls with her, some of which had been fired from the club for violating club rules.

But the majority of the tgirls that work here are still with the club. We're still in the middle of figuring out if we should re-brand our nights our advise the other party to rebrand their night. It's all very confsuing with a lot of career sabatoge being attempted.

From my perspective it was a selfish thing for Kristy pandora to do since many of us girls made the career move to start dancng and stripping. Hopefully it will all be resolved amicably.
