This is an open letter to Grooby because you "closed" my two tickets on Grooby support without any response. These are the two letters I sent you. Maybe now you will respond, or at the very least, read them.

Ticket 1:

I have been a fan of celeste since high school and I joined this site to have an archive of all of the vids that I wasn't able to afford when I was younger. You wrongfully state that "Full access to ALL of Celeste's photosets and videos in high quality, all the way up to HD video!" Keyword there being "ALL". I know that because you put it in all caps. It appeared as though you were making it clear that you have every single Celeste porn clip that has ever been put on a pay-site. I gathered that it wouldn't include her scenes she's done on DVD's although you also should have made that clear. However there are scenes that have appeared on pay-sites that are not here. Her shemale strokers video when she was real young, and her scene on "Rate My Tranny" just to name a few. Both of those I was really hoping to see and it was the reason I paid the $15. I have paid Grooby a lot of money and I have been a member of almost all of your sites. I have never asked for a refund but this is a joke. You don't have ALL of her videos. While you may have ALL of her Grooby videos you do not make that clear. Please refund my money.

P.S. I am aware I can find her work on tube sites but I purposefully avoid those because the quality is really shitty, those sites can have malware, but most importantly, because I don't support those sites. I don't mind paying for shemale porn. It's awesome, and it don't want it to die or fade out.

If you haven't read my first email please read that one first.

All of the videos are only playable through Windows Media Player? Seriously? I have an iPad, like a bunch of people do. Every website that is relatively new has adapted to this and has made their videos available for mobile deivces. Some are better than other obviously. But you didn't even attempt to make this website mobile accessible. You have to make these things clear. I am so done with Grooby. I am subscribed to Trans500.com right now and man did they get it right. Take this website down and save whatever reputation you have left. Post this review on your "just a small selection of what her fans have said..." section. You might, and probably will, play take a well "well technically we didn't say it it was mobile accessible..." approach. If you want to do that, fine. Be shitty person. This website was a great experiment but a failed one. Fewer and fewer people have PC's now. Everybody seems to get it but you guys. So done with Grooby.

Pretty sure the archive site is for Grooby content only. Also I'm sure her earlier video work wasn't in HD.

I'm on my iPad as I type this. There are plenty of players in iTunes that play WMV files.

I answered your email yesterday personally, and then closed the tickets as it's been dealt with. Perhaps you should check your spam folder as nothing was returned to our email, which means it did get through to you.

This site is $15 for a huge amount of content. Even if you were buying this at VOD prices instead of joining a number of specific websites, the costs would be far, far greater as Celese has been one of our more prolific performers. The tour for the site is large and at no point in this tour, did you see any content from outside Grooby and at no point do we infer we have content from other companies of her.

All of our sites are available to be viewed on Ipads and other devices as we've tested over them. VLC Player is one that I ike to use on my Ipad so you can investigate that. The newest content on the sites has been encoded specifically for good streaming over all devices and we're currently changing the sites over to a more tailored site for devices, although they can all currently be viewed and experienced in current devices.

If you're watching it free, it's most likely stolen. Stolen from the content owner, stolen from the pockets of photographers, models, editors and designers.
You're not contributing to the making of the content, you're allowing those who do pay, pay for it, so you need to be thanking them for paying and allowing productions to continue, instead of being a smart arse and deriding them.
There is no free experience that equals the ease and already curated website access. The cost is minimal, and equates to pennies a scene. A site like Grooby-archives.com is incredible value and even the premium sites like Shemale.XXX or Shemale Yum updating 20-28 sets per month for $36, considering you get access to the whole back cataglogue and can keep tthe content for as long as you wish, is excellent value.

You can start believing that nobody is paying for porn, when the porn dries up and you don't see any new content productions.

i must say that the sheer irrational nature of the OP's complaint was handled far more professionally than he deserved. Its too bad for him that "customer defective" is not a valid reason for a refund.

now, with respect to stealing porn...this is no different than instrumental's post here (http://www.hungangels.com/vboard/showthread.php?t=87977) and there is no convincing someone that thinks their crime is victimless.

the way i see it, producers really only have 2 choices in a world where piracy is impossible to extinguish...1) stop producing porn and get a job at walmart or 2) produce the best porn possible to keep their paying customer base satiated and attract new ones. i vote for continuing the latter.
