The Wall Street Journal used to be a decent newspaper. The editorials and the news was kept separate. Murdoch bought it out, and now it's just another News Corp. political operation, apparently.

I applaud Mia Isabella for doing this. Education on this is the only way toward a better future for my people. Hate comes from prejudice, and prejudice grows in ignorance. As a trans-person, I am frequently one of the only trans-person people many of my non-trans friends know. So its our responsibility to shine light (not heat) on our issues. And acting dumb or crazy really hurts our cause, because people will draw that conclusion (wrong as it maybe) about most trans-people. Most people's minds work in terms of prototyping. I mean, most people naturally assume that the first one of group they see is typical.

Old news, nothing I haven't heard a million times before. I'd really like hear a non-porn / non-prostitute TS speak about this. A girl who lives and works under anonymity. I've met Mia she is a smart girl but has her own agenda.

I salute Mia for taking the time to present a nuanced rebuttal , but the editorial by McHugh isn't worthy of her time .
He starts with the assumption that Transexulism is a 'disorder' that requires 'treatment' and 'correction'.
What a dope ,if he wants to arouse the ire of the LGBT community , as well as the American Psychiatric Association and the American Medical Association , he couldn't have done a better job.
Yes ,Wearboots4me , that used to be a good paper but haven't read it in years. Shame.
