CLIMARA 100 Question

I am 39 years old and just started a weekly administration of two Climara 100 patches on my buttocks or abdomen. I am halfway through week 2 and have noticed no changes at all mental or physical. I do feel like sometimes late at night my nipples feel like small needles poke them for 3 or 4 secs.. but it does not hurt. Other than that i dont think this stuff is doing anything at all other than leaving red circles where the patch was. Has anybody else done climara 100 before and can you tell me how long you until you knew for sure it was starting to work. I ordered 24 patches from Inhouse and the boxes and packages they come in look legit.. so im sure its not fake.

Get estradiol level in your blood checked.

Two 100ug patches per week is probably a standard dose and it may be not enough for you (like it was in my case) to get the hormone level high enough.
