Checked them both out, and my comment is that the AVI wasn't really HD, and was a letterboxed 4:3 file, keeping it from really playing in the 16:9 format on a wide screen display. The .mov (Quicktime) had a bit less resolution (640 x 360) but when played full screen filled up the 16:9 Space.

But played fine on my computer with Quicktime installed.
