Sounds like extracts from Morton Feldman, but could just be another, if more obscure version of Cicada3301? Aren't there some programmes that automatically refresh so that as long as a computer is connected to YouTube it could upload a short item on a regular basis? Mind you, if aliens do scan the world for a nice place to live, they may have something if they choose Paris over Indiana...?
