I have to admit, Elle is truly the cunt here. My father had an entire career working service for the airline industry listening to a lot of customers rip into him almost every day for things he had no control over, like the delay of flights. And by comparison, he had it great. It was a union job and his wages were pretty damn good from the 50's through 80's. The people who deal with airline customer complaints today? They don't make shit, but they get shit on just the same.
