The more I think about this, the more I think it is likely true. Knowing Shawna, I find it hard to believe that she's flown under the radar and never resurfaced after all the years if she's alive and well. It just wasn't like her. Her closest friends last had contact with her over 10 years ago.

Never went to QM (drove by it lots of times but was "scared" to go in); started going to Peanuts back in 1999. I never met Shawna though, but I did meet a lot of the other stars of the times...mainly those that had appeared on Bob's site since he was local.

I saw Shawna 3 or 4 times pre op in the late 90's and twice post op in 2000. She retired from escorting post op but made an exception for me. When I last saw her she was in good health and as always unforgettably beautiful and sensual, I loved that "Romeo" tattoo on her lower back.
The last time I saw her she had a full time and very possessive BF. I steered clear after that, not wanting an awkward encounter.
