I have to admit when I type the word "character" I'm gritting my keys.

The people you know are individuals. The people I know are characters. lol

Seriously though, everyone is an individual, but just the odd ones are characters. I like characters.

You can call me any damn thing you want, as long as you call me when the booze is being served...

Probably best to refer to yourself as a patient instead of a doper at the dispensary. The gal that checks you in is a mobster fella with tattoos on his neck. He pointed to the sign that said, "No new patients", and I replied back in his accent, "Not new patient. I'm chronic patient."

I like to be a character.

I've fielded my share of insults over the years. "Character" is an upgrade. I find the best way to improve self-esteem is with the purchase of ear plugs.
