Had one this morning. I like to try breakfast sandwiches at all the fast food places. Really enjoyed my Burger King Double Breakfast Croissant.

This is what I eat at burger king. Usually tastes more like fish than beef to be honest, but it's still pretty good. Especially when they have the two for $4 deals.

I forgot to mention. The sandwich was a bit pricey at $4.79 after tax but you get a free small coffee so that makes for a better value. Had another Burger King Double Breakfast Croissant this morning. Getting ready to eject a good portion of it soon.

FDA advises high blood pressure prone people (pretty much any American male over 35) limit DAILY sodium intake to 1500 mg or less.
At 1190, one BK double breakfast croissant might be as bad as a few no filter Camels

Yeah I think if one of these fast food places would put out something healthier for breakfast it would do well.

I'm in pretty good shape at 46 years old. I'm 6'1'' and 230 lbs. Pretty darn solid after coming down from 320. I was more of a bull elephant than a walrus at 320 also.
