without a card i would say Venice or Hollywood is your best bet. With a Card anywhere in LA

LOL! You hit the nail on the head. At the same time Glendale has a very active police force. Go next door to Glassell Park if you're street smart. If not go get a card.

Don't you need to be a state resident with ID for a card? If you do qualify, go get your card from the Filipino characters on Pico by Sawtelle. The only thing they love more than Jesus is thirty dollars. They got 3 1/2 stars on Yelp and only 1 star at a site that rates actual doctors so Dr Tony Catipay seems like the path of least resistance. Don't see Count Orlock on Vermont.
