Balls sensitive, but feel no pain?

Sometimes, my balls feel no pain and I suspect it might be from my estrogen being elevated.

Do any other part-time TS ever experience anything like this?

Pain or no pain and estrogen, even in male gonads, shouldn't have anything to do with one another, Littletwink. That's really strange. Sounds more like extra tissue or something of the sword. I don't mean to worry you, but I think you should consult a physician...
