Just to advise the fellow ladies on here about Q clinic in Dean Street London which is specifically setup for support transsexuals and those in transition.

They give advise about many topics, counselling and even legal advise if needed. I have met them many times and they are always very helpful the head of the team is Max and they are launching a new website for their service coming up this New Year so I will post that once its complete.

Im sure many of you are aware of the service already but wanted to make sure the information is out there fore girls that are new to the area or looking for support.

Maybe it is a good idea to be mentioned that working time is:
Wed: 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm, as it is written on the website and on their facebook page.

I think that I sent them a suggestion to work together in the past, but there was no answer. I am not surprised... (the same happened with several other organisations as well).

I do not know why, but it was not made a lot on the London scene.

There are several Groups and Clinics that support, work and help transsexuals and I know personally, have been in most of them, helping and translating for TGirls.

The problem is that each support group/clinic is individual and working in some specific borough.

And now in London scene the hidden truth is that its more and more difficult for the escorts to work and there are more and more accidents, and there is not so big improvement.
