I follow Gigi on twitter and seen a couple of her videos. She's a certifiable smoke and is pretty funny as well. It's no surprise to anyone here that she came out as being trans. It was clear that she was transition before her official announcement. Nonetheless, good for her.
It's great to see more visible and proud transwomen in the public domain. I understand it's still very difficult being trans (or anyone else from the LGBTQ) with the threat of violence and discrimination. I remember back when I was in high school, only 10 years ago, the only high profile transwomen were porn stars. With the petition for Carmen Carrera to be a VS Angel and Jenna Tachlova's trail blazing ways competing for Miss Universe, transsexualism is becoming less of a taboo. I still understand TS women are still highly sexualized - like gg women. But it's still progress no?
Maybe now, us admirers can now openly admit what we have known for a long time that some of the most beautiful women on the planet are transgender.
