What is going on here? I was searching for shemale blogs and stumbled upon one giving away free porn passwords. I was a bit shocked that the site wasn't taken down. Hell, the site is a Grooby affiliate. I believe this is illegal in my state for most forms of online entertainment. I'm not sure if porn applies. Anyways what is porn doing this problem? Do they even care? Do people get arrested for this?

People should be held accountable for this, as it is affecting someone's money. If you're concerned about that though consider this.

Last year's LinkedIn password hack shook the business-oriented social network to its core. Millions of usernames and passwords were published online in one of the largest security breaches ever. But where LinkedIn saw a PR nightmare and users saw a security concern, conceptual artist Aram Bartholl saw art.

i don't think porn producers/companies know about them because such sites have been around longer than tube sites. and when they went after tubesites i never saw anyone even mention the pass sites

but another reason might be- they're not as popular or widely used as tubesites. the ratio of people getting stolen passes may be much small than the number of people using tubesites

It's quite difficult to arrest anyone when server can be in those countries where sharing of passwords etc. things aren't illegal. Internet is WorldWideWeb and not under US law, even if U' thought so :D

These have been around forever, we have software that will cut off passwords when used by multiple different people, which is why sometimes you need to reset your password with us when using it from different places, in too short a time.

If there is a site like this that is an affiliate, I'd be interested in seeing it please. Can you PM it to me as it's def. not something that we'd support or have as an affiliate.

Damn...I haven't seen one of those in YEARS...mainly because of the security software that Seanchai mentions. I've had to get a couple of members passwords reset because of multiple IPs (my home network and my mobile hotspot); because of this I use my password in one location.

Sure! I'll send the PM.

I remember your staff sending me an email to change my password. Someone hacked into my email and stole my porn accounts' information. #jackass

Some hackers are smart enough to use viruses to steal and copy IP addresses. That is also very scary.

Never used them but I assumed they were a scam and would not work anyway.

The site Franklin mentions is a scam in that the passwords that it posts, have never worked, they don't even appear in our systems - it's all to get you too look and maybe buy a membership.

Based on his stats, it's no particularly successful.
