the Ramada in WeHo is the go-to hotel for escorts both male, female, and TS and has been for years. its right on Santa Monica Blvd and there is a 24hr Fitness right across the street, as well as several good eateries in the area. Also the big nightclub The Abbey is a few blocks away as well.
