yes of course she has....most of the girls get their faces done at some point....its called FFS and its quite common

Wow - I think it might just be the angle of the photo as I wouldn't have recognized her either from that shoot.
Many girls have FFS - some very subtle, some less.

After reading the reactions, I went back and checked again. Am I completely cuckoo? She looks lovely to me. She seems more delicate, her legs look longer, she looks like she lost a bit of weight and her facial traits are more delicate.
Naw: she really looks good to me. I look forward to see more of this new look, redundantly... :)
Besides, she's bottoming, on the picture. I have not always been a great fan of Mia because she was toping a lot. But she's such an adorable bottom. If she does more of that, I'd just feel like suscribing to this site!

I don't mind the look, I think what's causing the most prominent change to her looks is the nose Job. the Nose Job almost always changes the face

She's had some lip injections and possibly a second (or third rhinoplasty). And in all likelihood she's had a facelift which is why she looks vastly different than before.

Looking at early videos when Mia had no breasts, I find her face much prettier and of course more natural then. Her current features are going the way of some women who become more freakish, not knowing when to stop modifying.

This is the typical path of most TS, unfortunately.

She just had her nose/(jaw done previously) not long ago it will take time for it to settle...it's not you get it done and bam you look great..

It takes up to a year or more to see the full results..

Which is why people think I've had work done on my face since 2010 and I haven't...

It all takes time to settle..when I was shooting regularly I would go in for surgery then two weeks later be on a set..cause I didn't care how I looked just to get that $$$ to pay for surgery..

The pictures she has posted on her twitter where she's just out in public she looks really good but in that original picture and others I am not a big fan of that look on her.

Mia is still beautiful no matter what.
