American Tranny 3 was released well over a year ago...weird seeing it on the list, I thought this was the 2013 awards..unless I'm mistaken..which is known to happen. Venus Lux deserves Performer of the Year, she's consistently shot awesome scenes all year.

Releases run from October 2012 till September 2013 for nominations. Every awards runs from the cut off date year before. If you didn't things would get cut off because pre nominations start the "year before".
