Prob want to rent a car to get around. Im staying in Burbank, but no clue where everyone is staying. Last year a few of us was at Days Inn in Glendale not far from venue.

Not at all. Lot's of people coming in for the weekend, many don't know each other so want to hang out. They're coming a long way to meet the girls.

Tangerine Inn in Toluca Lake a bunch stayed at last year. Holiday Inn, in Burbank is getting used this year by some.
Many stay with friends though and don't get hotels or are based in LA.
