Pardon my ignorance but I have a question.
Unfortunately my friends wife developed breast cancer and had a double mastectomy. We were talking about the surgery and how the docs were going to reconstruct her breasts. They told me that the Dr. recommends getting a tattoo to replace her areolas and nipples.
This is not the first time I've heard of this.
How do the beautiful TS girls I see on this site get those beautiful areolas and nipples on their breasts. Is it due to hormones or is it surgery.
I am just curious and mean no disrespect.

Well, we are born with them.

Hormones do have some effect on them.

Either they get bigger/plumper or they barely change.
