i have recently changed my diet,still eating 10 meals a day but i have put cardio back into my training and weighting everything that i am eating for my own bodyweight.So, no more bulking till next November.Ripped body in the making

After 16 weeks of hardcore diet i've dropped my bodyfat percentage at 7%,looking ripped!!

i had my latest photoshoot yesterday ,took some great pics,i'm proud of the work i've done!i also had my fragile moments where i needed sugar into my body but i stayed strong and achieved ''The Shape''

today i've been enjoying being a normal human again,i had a pizza,chocolate cake and some coca-cola and later i am gonna go for a proper italian ice-cream….delicious and well deserved!!!

Back to hardcore diet again from Tuesday,enjoying few days off!!!
