I used to watch it at 7 am before I went to school when I was in junior high. I remember Casey Kasem did Mark's voice for the American version. I seem to vaguely remember something about Zoltar being a woman.

HOLY FUCK...That used to be my favorite on TV back when I was a kid...my and fiends built a fort using old shipping pallets and pretended it was the Phoenix, and launched our bicycles off of a ramp like they were fighter jets lol, I got stuck with the role of "keyop"(aka PeeWee in other versions of the program)because I was much smaller than the other kids my age.
