maybe it's left and gone off on it's own. have you considered putting out "missing" posters around your neighborhood, or checking the local bars and arcades?

you should also question your other ball to see whether it has any idea where the other might have gone. balls usually talk to each other and it couldn't slipped and said where it was going.
