lol...yeah, but they're probably taking the escalator to "walk" on a treadmill at a pace slower than they walk on the sidewalk ...while drinking a sports drink they clearly don't need.

I could barely walk after the 5k race. Nevermind an escalator I think I needed a wheelchair!
And my nipples were bleeding a lot. Good times.

My nipples were bleeding as well. Luckily I had a rainjacket on over my race shirt so I was only embarrassed about it when I got home. I was surprised at how much I bled though. :mad:

When you posted that, I couldn't help but think of that episode of The Office, but I'm sure it actually sucks to have that happen and is painful. Congrats on finishing the 5k!

Yeah it sucked I'll have to wear pasties or something for the next race haha.

I had surgery on my right knee three weeks ago - torn cartilage - and am getting very frustrated that I can't do more in the way of exercise other than my physio exercises and some non-strenuous walking.

Keep at it man. Cycling and swimming are pretty easy on the knees. Lets hope you can do something like that in the near future.
