If you are talking about non-sex games, then no. I went to school for video game design and I play video games all the time and I'm not really sure what a shemale video game would look like. In the same sense that there is no "black" game or a "gay" game; IMO. Now, could there be an interesting character that happens to be a shemale, yes. As with many different types of characters, it all depends on how the character is created and presented. But good stories and good characters are really hard to develop.
