well i am 35years old .. so yes i do need to start looking after my excerise health as i am not a spring chicken anymore and i dont want to get flabby etc ... I dont drink or smoke or take any drugs so have my skin looked after on that front :)

Mostly i just want to improve my firmness of skin/buttocks as some people may remmeber back in 2008 I had a nasty accident that left me unable to walk properly for a year as i destroyed my left knee hence the big scar down my leg and the slightly thin legs i have now lol as i cant bend my leg properly anymore though its now bending enough i can do some forms of squats so want to start building up my legs/buttocks again to get them abit bigger haha xx

Yeah i am like freaking casper the ghost naturally lol but ido love my fake tans as well .. but as i have laser each 6-8weeks i cant really tan for to long as it affects the laser treatment . x
