All that this shows is that there are punitive laws against any kind of homosexual behaviour in Saudi Arabia, as well as the fact that if it wasn't going in in the first place it wouldn't be an issue. The extreme and openly expressed hostility to same-sex relations of Christians in Africa is as abhorrent and threatening as the law and opinions of many clerics in Saudi Arabia, does this mean that Christianity is a phoney 'religion of peace' because of its persecutions of Christians in Africa?

Mind trying to bring about more objective sources, rather than this Islamophobic site? Just the same rubbish as "jihadwatch" or "answering-islam".

There are many religions that have something negative in regards to gays, and Islam isn't any different. Rather, as far as I'm aware;

- There's nothing wrong with being gay (in terms of how you feel). Like in Islam, gays aren't banished to hell forever, as it may be in some Christian beliefs.
- The issue is with anal sex (in terms of it being a sin).

In the context of this site, it's interesting to note that Islam has a more lighter approach towards Transexuals, especially in regards to some area's of its history.

As mentioned, there's many religions with far worse attitudes, and not to mention, Saudi isn't the only country that may persecute them.
