The problem of long-term use of androgen blockers can be solved by an orchiectomy, either on its own or as part of full SRS. After this is done the individual will have to remain on HRT permananently or run an increased risk of osteoporosis. These are the facts.

The information you hold dear, is semi correct, full of holes. When we say "WE DON"T UNDERSTAND", we mean WE ARE HAVING TROUBLE READING WHAT YOU TYPED, because some words are jumbled and sentence structure is hard to read.
