I can't vouch for elsewhere in the world, but from what I saw in California, you couldn't get near a porn shoot without having a very recent full spectrum STD test come up negative across the board. And when someone did test positive, things went into lockdown pretty quick. The ladies I knew who did porn (and I've been away from this for a good long time now, so for what it's worth) protected that job like it was gold, and took no chances.
