while supply and demand obviously affect pricing, you have to remember that there are very high priced escorts out there in the ggirl world. In Seattle, GG escorts start sub $200 but the decent ones are 2 and up, with quality ones being $3 and above. I've been to some parties where all 30 escorts there were over 250 and there were 3 or 4 escorts there that charge north of 5 and seem busy enough.
